I believe whole heartedly that no person who murdered THEN dismembered another human being should EVER feel freedom again! I know his sentence was given but if 40 years is the most he can do PLEASE don't let him see sunshine freely until it's up!! That is absolutely disgusting! My regards to the family.

Scott Grant should never see the outside of a jail cell! He's a monster!A 40 year sentence is a joke for what he put this 17 year old through & what her family has suffered over & over knowing what this Scott Grant did to this young girl. He should have gotten the death sentence!! Parole ever? No way!!

This was an exceptionally brutal killing of which should have been a death penalty or life with no parole sentencing.
