This murder happened on my street before we moved in. It was a story we told as kids to scare our friends because it truly is a nightmare. Any type of murder deserves the full sentence if not life...but this was more than just murder. Good luck!

I feel he should serve all 40 years. With what he did to Michelle she will never be able to get another chance. I also feel that since she was a minor he should have to be listed as a sexual predator.

This is a horrible heinous crime. The legal system failed when Scott Grant was only convicted of involuntary manslaughter. To let this evil man walk free among the population would be certain public disservice. Uphold justice and keep Scott Grant out of our society!
