If he was that sick and violent before he was institutionalized then I certainly don't want him free now!!!!!thats probly nothing to him now!!!!!

I remember when this happened, like it were yesterday. She had been my friend in Junior High. This tragedy still haunts my mind - So I can't even imagine what it's been like for her family.

This man is a danger to any community that he would reside in. What makes him more dangerous is the fact that he does not have to register as a sex offender, no parent, neighbor, or child will have knowledge or a warning of the psychopath living next door to them, this man and his accomplices that deserves to rot in prison and serve their term in full till completed. This is not the kind of person that we need out in society roaming around free seeking whom he may devour again. I don't care how you say he is, the fact is you wouldn't want him living next door to you and I'm speaking directly to you parole board! Do the right thing!

Lived in Mentor 1974-2004. Remember this case well. Grant should serve his entire sentence. Do not release early.

I remember when this horrific and very sad day happened. That man deserves to be behind bars his whole sentence. Good Luck on this petition and I pray this keeps him behind bars.
