I remember this when I was a kid. Horrible crime. I can't imagine there being any less pain for the family even after all this time.

Keep him in prison.... he doesn't deserve to be free ! What's t stop him from thrill killing again ? He took her life for no reason... why should he be free ? let him suffer at the hands of other prisoners when they find out what he did > If he is released where is he going to live ? what city would allow him ? who would hire him does he live off the gov't ? Just what we need

I believe Scott should serve his full 40 yrs He should have gotten life me i would prefer the death penalty he dismemberd a sweet girl what makes him and others think he deserves to live.and jabe a life He took a life he is owed nothing but to do his 40 yrs
