Please make him serve his full time. He took our cousin away from us, from her mother, father,aunts,uncles,all of us. I will never forget this. I will never forget how much of her body was left for a casket, after what the did to her. They went on with there days like she was trash, leaving her to rot. Please keep him in for a full 40 years.

This is why the swx offender registry is a joke! This monster doesn't have to register but a 19 year old kid with a 16 year old girlfriend does? Or someone who drunkenly pees in a park at night does? Crazy! He needs to serve the full 40 year sentence and then register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
