Canton city schools are changing elementary start times so that schools are not starting until 9:50am. Not only is this absurd for most parents work schedules but they are refusing to even explain this decision. Please help us let CCS know we are NOT ok with these changes as most parents are working by 10am.

This is ridiculous! It's only hurting the hard working parents in the district and no concern for the elementary school children's education.

These start times are ridiculous!
This is insane!!! Elementary kids are too young to be FORCED into such long days. I'm sickened at the lack of consideration of the well being of the students.

My wife and I have to be at work by 8am and don't have the finances to pay for care for our kids. This is absurd and completely ignorant. Change the times back.
