FACT: "While data regarding the school’s current year of student performance is not yet available, the school has a long history of academic performance well below Clayton County and state averages, and the school did not demonstrate its ability to increase academic performance this year or in the future. When controlling for student population in GOSA’s value-add analysis, the school remains an under-performing school compared to both Clayton County and the state."

Scholars is an outstanding school with an exceptional staff and International Baccalaureate. Scholars Academy follows Georgia Common Core Standards. The academy is vital in addressing the whole child. Please keep Scholars open. My children need this school. I don't want to uproot them, and place them in another school. The public schools in clayton county are over crowded, and I don't want my children to get lost in the shuffle. The smaller class size is a wonderful thing, and it's the next best thing to private school.

All children need to learn, and today there are so many things going on in the World our chilren are aware of thay need to be able to learn how to manage and how to change the problems and increase the solutions. Thats were Charter schools come in, thinking outside the box to teach our future Leaders.

I have four children, four of which attend Scholars now and one will be there next year. I am very satisfied with the staff and the job they have done with teachong my children. I don't want to send my children to the school that we are zoned for because the environment is not what i want to expose my children to .
