Ron is my favorite teacher there at Towson university in the deaf studies major! I have learned so much from him and hate to see him go. He is a wonderful professor and he has helped me improve my signing and learmed so much about deaf community. He is the best! I appreciate all his dedication to the deaf studies program since he has a busy schedule with classes back to back, I hate to see him leave. The deaf studies program won't be the same without him. He has done so much work, working hard with his students for we can be successful! I love Ron for the past year and half I have been there at Towson University. You will be missing a wonderful professor that has open doors for my future!

This department will not be the same without him. I proctored for him my last semester and he always made class fun, even for students who were in DFST 101 just to fulfill the core. I can't imagine a Towson deaf studies program without Ron!

Ron is one of the best teachers/advisors I've had here at Towson. He is always checking to make sure the class understands the curriculum before continuing. He was the first teacher who's class I looked forward to. He motivates his students into doing their best and getting out of their comfort zone. Even shows up to Club events held by students after hours. The department will not be the same.

Ron has truly brought me as far as I have come in the culture and language of the deaf. As I graduate this May, I thank him for all the knowledge I have, and I would not have traded him for anything. To keep Ron would be a great benefit for many future students because he is trustworthy, persistent, understanding, and hardworking. Thanks Ron for taking me from ASL to and comfortable communicator and person in the deaf community.

Ron has been the most influential professor I've had at Towson. He's so passionate about American Sign Language and is more than motivated and enthused in teaching anyone who is willing and wants to learn about the Deaf Community and ASL!

I'm signing this petition because Ron has been a huge impact on my choice to become more active and involved in the Deaf community not only on campus but in a whole. He encouraged me to become more open to a community that is just as open to me. When I would struggle with signs or any kind of project we were doing in class, he was the first to jump in and help me complete it to the best of my ability. Without Ron on campus, I wouldn't have become more involved with the Deaf community and would have found myself struggling with no way out. Ron is amazing and is truly a gift to anyone lucky enough to meet him.

I wouldn't be where I am today (a semester away from graduation) without Ron. His dedication to his students is unmatched. The department wouldn't be the same without him.
