We are neighbors by said dog. This dog has never been a problem and they are dependable, responsible dog owners. Do not take their family pet.

I hope you guys can keep him with you guys! I know what's it's like when someone does this to a family. 6 or 7 years ago this happened to my family. And we lost our boxer because of the city council.
