As a business owner on Fresh Pond Road I strongly oppose this Bus Lane.

Once again the city and its offices show they don't understand the real issues. Taking parking away will only shift the problem elsewhere - to side streets where driveways will be blocked, cars will be parked in front of hydrants, and perhaps even double parked. The issue is the volume of traffic along with the bus depot schedules and process flow. Why not get some real process engineers to study this problem instead of the clowns they have now? Where do our tax dollars go?

Please dont put this on the fresh pond road it is definitely goin to cause to much traffic and no parking for the residence in the area and no parking for the business owners customers.

These businesses are suffering enough. As a customer, it is already torturous enough to find parking in this entire area. Mass transit isn’t always an option for all of us, so we rely on driving. How are we supposed to keep frequenting these businesses?

It appears that not much of an investigation was done including the business community when they came up with this insane idea. People have a voice and it is time to make it Heard!!! Demand a hearing! Mta doesn’t have the last say, look at the L train!!
