Keep Rich employed!!! He really is the soul of BG! If you got on that shuttle having a bad day, Rich would cheer you up in a heartbeat. You could talk to him about everything! He gave life lessons, he remembered students by name!!! Like honestly, how many people do you know that can see thousands of faces in a week and remember names AND faces!?! He has a gift!!! He’s amazing! You’d be losing a valuable asset to BG if you let him go.

Rich is a great man; BGSU would be losing someone truly special if he can't keep his job. Every time I have a conversation with him, he puts a smile on my face. He really cares about all students and it would be awful to not have someone like that around anymore.

Rich is the only driver to remember me, and somehow knew my schedule based on the time I was on the bus. I didnt do well with early mornings and fell asleep on the ride, but he woke me up at my stop knowing I needed to be at the Life Sciences building! How could BGSU let a great man like him go?! He made all of us feel special!

Seeing Rich every day or night depending on the day was the highlight of that day. Especially at night after work or getting supper from somewhere off campus.
