The best driver and dedicated employee to making a person's day brighter. Doesn't get more dedicated than Rich.

Rich is the best. He is an outstanding person and an even better friend! BGSU is absolutely crazy for letting go such a hardworking, kind, and loving man.

Rich belongs on campus. You may save a few coins by outsourcing this new shuttle service, but you'll lose much more if you let Rich go. He's a gem, always uplifting to your stressed out, anxious, sometimes sad struggling student body. There's no bus driver training out there that can teach your new drivers to do what Rich has done for BGSU students year after year. Really, he should probably have a building built in his name. He was loyal to us. It's your turn to show some appreciation. Do the right thing. Keep Rich on his route.

Rich is a man of honor and kindness! Through my toughest days he encouraged me by positive words, wisdom, and laughter. We need this type of positivity on campus!

Rich is and always was AMAZING!! When I think about BG, I always think of him! Rich was a bright light during some of my best and worst days at BG!!!! BGSU got this WRONG! He’s impacted the lives of so many!!!!!!!

Rich deserves to remain in his position as he is apart of BG culture and his love and kindness has positively affected many of us past and present students. You all would be doing yourself and the campus a disservice by letting him go.

as an alumni twice over, I strongly urge BGSU to reconsider this move, or to invite Rich into student services in some capacity. The University could use more people like him.

I love Rich. He always make my day better and calls all the students by name. Keep him in BG.
