So many elderly people use this branch, it's a disaster for them. I've got my business and current accounts there, and been a loyal customer for 30 years. My business will certainly be moving on, and probably my other accounts too if Rhiwbina closes.

I use this branch all the time. What are natwest up to . We have a lot of pensioners in the village that rely on this branch. Dont close this branch natwest. Have you got no heart as to the elderly. I have been with this bank for 34 yrs. Even a pensioner I look after who is 99 yrs old is taken to this branch . Would like to add your staff there are second to none we dont get many people like Jill who is a fantastic lady who knows her customers so well and treats us with such a warm smile. Please don't close this branch

This branch is used frequently by clients in North Cardiff and would be a huge loss especially to those who don't drive or have access to transport.

I have banked with NatWest without a break since I was at school in Wigan 30 years ago . I proudly got my son to open his account in our Rhiwbina village branch of Natwest. Without the branch not sure I'd be so loyal.

Absolutely disgusting for NatWest to even consider closing our last village bank. They are glad to have our custom and need to realise that a great many elderly people rely on this branch. Not everyone uses online banking and not everyone drives a car. The staff at this branch are the most pleasant and most helpful that I have ever met in over 50 years of banking. NatWest you disgust me, never mind though as closure probably means bigger bonuses for the incompetence of those at the top.

This is the only bank in this thriving and busy village in Cardiff. It is obvious from the volume of trade it attracts that is a necessity for the community. The closest branches to this arefew miles away and for those elderly customers, and for those who do not drive, these are not on direct bus routes. The staff at the Rhiwbina Branch are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help customers, not only with banking matters but life in general.

Why are they closing? It's not as if NatWest is short of a penny. If they do, we will certainly be taking our 3 accounts elsewhere and encouraging everyone we know to do the same.
