It makes no sense for a large development like this to not have it’s main access off of Longpoint. Many concerns are raised such as: increased traffic, difficulty for emergency fire to the area, decreased home values of West View Terrace and possibly new drainage/flooding concerns. I strongly oppose this development having its entry from within our quiet neighborhood.

Too much cut through traffic as it is. Lots of beer drinking while driving and they through their empty beer cans in our ditches. I oppose.

As a resident/taxpayer living in Westview Terrace, I am strongly opposed to this variance request. This developer has an access point at Long Point and Maybank. Granting this variance would increase traffic, decrease safety and devalue property for hundreds of residents of Westview Terrace which should outweigh the developers economic interest. Please deny this request.
