Cutting the teaching staff affects the students in how much and how quickly they learn. Teachers need sizable classrooms to be able to teach effectively, and our children and students deserve the best education possible. The fast-paced, project-based Renaissance program needs to have an adequate ratio of teachers to students in order for the program and the students to flourish.

The program structure has benifited my kids beyond explaination. The opportunities outside of school hours is multiplied by having these teachers. They are dedicated and provide so many extra activities for my gifted student.

The Renaissance program is an amazing place for bright kids with unlimited potential. The unique curriculum and teacher mentoring fosters academic success while advancing their artistic and intellectual capacities. Kids in the program are definitely the better for it!

Please do NOT get rid of the 2 teachers at HLS . They are needed and make a difference in the children’s education.
