I dont know the victim nor the rapist, however, we need to keep true deviants locked up and out of society. History has shown that most offenders are repeat offenders. The victim has to live with the terror of this devil for the rest of her life. He should be imprisoned for the rest of his. Make an example out of him. Punishments against violent rapists are minimal. Maybe if the penalties were stiffer, we would see less attacks. Please deny parole for this animal. Not just now but until you can no longer legally keep him.
