We believe that allowing Raj to perform her hair removal services in the comfort of her garage is not only financially better for her family but it's also convenient for her clients. The City of Tracy has complained that there are too many cars parked due to Raj's clients. There are never more than three cars there at one time and her clients have never congested the public parking on Raj's street, keeping it accessible to all of her neighbors.
