Totally against this development being built. I did not move to Powhatan to have in turn into a Midlothian.

Keep this OUT of Powhatan. Keep our county rural . If you want overcrowded schools and postage stamp sized lawns then go to Henrico & Chesterfield! We DO NOT want it here!

We've seen this happen before in a prior community where we lived. Local government rubber stamps developments without thinking through the toll on infrastructure and safety and everyone suffers as a result. Plus, with development, you lose open space and natural resources. Once it's developed you can never gain that back. And don't even get me started on crowding in the schools. Such a shame to see the same thing happening everywhere!
