The draw of Powhatan is its beautiful rural country, it's a place to get away from the hustle and bustle, a place to be in calming nature. Please keep one of the few places like that we have left

No to high density housing in Powhatan! I moved here from the Short Pump area and saw it go from a rural community to the horribly congested area it is now. Do not want to see this happen to Powhatan.

$250k is the starting price? How is this "affordable" housing? It's not! I am a life long Powhatan resident and I DO NOT wabt these homes to be built. No high density housing in Powhatan!!!

My husband and I bought a home in Powhatan a little over a year ago. We are just starting our family and we’re attracted by the good public schools and other county amenities such as Watkins Landing, the quality businesses that offer easy access and great options and equestrian facilities that are made possible by open land. High density housing in our neighborhood would force us to move and invest in another county - a path I truly hope we don’t need to go down. Please vote against high density housing.

Our county cannot handle this. We want to keep our county rural and do not want to be another Short Pump or Midlothian. I say NO to the 249 High Density Homes off Rt. 60!

Homes need to be on lots at least 1 acre. This is a rural community. please keep it that way!!

We have recently move to Powhatan from Chesterfield and one reason for the move was to get away from the chronic congestion on Hull St Rd. Please don’t make route 60 the same.

We do not want this many new homes where we live! No high density housing on page road! This area can't handle the traffic or that amount of new homes.
