My house is quiet and my heart is heavy- the usual happy snappy polka that accompanies me through my Saturday chores has been silenced. I pray WMUA will listen to its listeners and restore polka music!

This is the first Saturday since I was born, over 30 years ago that polkas were not on. The impact is very heavy emotionally, physically and mentally. I'm disgusted, saddened and in shock that the station has done this to polkas. The polka show is the only reason I listen to wmua, I'm positive most listeners agree with me, certainly wmua would not have public acclaim without polkas. Thank you to all who are working to resolve this mistake. Let's get polkas back. Kindest regards, David j. Mokrzecki.

Polka music is happy music. It has raised a lot of money for WMUA. Why reduce the shows? Return the 12 hrs. back to the way it was. The other music on WMUA is depressing.

Please keep Polkas on WMUA Saturday and Sunday. Look at how much money polka fans donate to WMUA.

Been doing doing polish folk dance since 1972. Worn out two knees in the process. When you hear the beat just try to sit still; I dare you

Polka music is a staple on Saturdays and Sundays to listen to, to clean house to, as I'm working outdoors, and rarely in the first few hours of the day, but later, as the day gets long. Please consider leaving it at 12 hours. It makes all the difference.

For some of us, Polka Music is part of our heritage and we are trying to keep it alive for our children. Please restore the original programming!
