I have been listening to this music most of my life starting from a young child. My father always tuned into weekend Polka and I have carried on myself as an adult. Please consider keeping this music alive. I feels good to listen to on a non work day and our animals love it too. Polka make EVERYBODY happy.

Since the polka community brought in $24,000 on this last fund drive speaks volumes to it's popularity. We love the music and want it to stay on WMUA.

I'm a Polka DJ myself on 91.1 FM WJJW in North Adams Massachusetts. I would hate to see the Polkas die! Keep the Polkas alive!

Please continue to broadcast Polka Shows on WMUA at the times that have been broadcast since 1979. The broadcasts are very important to the Polish Community in the broadcast area. Cutting the Broadcasts will result in Amherst lossing funding from the community

I danced at Pulaski Park this summer with Dennis Polisky playing and it was great fun. It's a very nice, welcoming community, and it would be a shame for them to lose this show.

Having been a polka dj on both commercial and public radio in southeastern Wisconsin for 38 years (Polonia Polka Hits on WTKM from 1974 to 2003 and Pod Nogi on WYMS, WEMP, and WJYI), I can identify the plea Jim has made. Please support this effort and support polka music in general. If we don't, the adage "the writing is on the wall" will be a self fulfilling prophecy.

This is a tradition in the western mass community. We cannot stand by as the entitled college brats cut down the little time we have to enjoy the music of our people. This valley has a rich polish history steeped in tradition, and I refuse to watch as it is taken away from us by this era of political correctness.

Not only are the polkas great, but the programming itself is part of what I love. Keep'em coming!

This is an insult to the Polish community to replace the weekend Polkas with the other garbage music that the college kids play on this station.

From Ontario, Canada How can you do this to the very people who have contributed so much to keep your station on the air thru the years? Think about it.
