This company supports this town. Without Wal-Mart, everyone suffered especially the elderly who now have to drive 45 minutes to get basic needs.

As a employe of home health care . I take care of elderly people as they cannot drive to stores any more so if they are allotted 1 hour for travel this means I as the worker could only drives 10 miles to and back from the to get what was need such as life. Saving medical and medicine need for every day life to keep living . If Walmart closets in piedmont, that my clients could possibly die in interment weather conditions just because we would have to drive for 2 hours for a round trip Not trying to be so sound rude but I hope one of your family's does not live in piedmont and need life saving medical supplies because ehtwy would bleeding to death in a hour be cause even our emergency personal shop at Walmart for their supply store at piedmont Walmart, an and not only that there r 5 surrounding towns that depends on our piedmont Walmart

Not only the jobs but some people can't afford to drive to the next Walmart.

I don't live in Piedmont but I live 20 miles north of there, and my family and I use this store often. I would appreciate it if you would let us keep this store. Please reconsider leaving it open. Sharon Whited

Residents in this community depend on your store. Your jobs are also vital to this area. Please reconsider closing this location.

If any town needs to keep their store this one does. If they lose this store it will kill the town. Guaranteed

We need this, its a corner stone of our city, has some of the most affordable necessities, at least 30 workers, some of which have worked here for over 10 years and the last thing we need, is a second abandoned store

Our community relies on this business and the jobs it provides

Closing Walmart will cause a lot of our people who have no transportation or limited transportation to do without. That includes medications for those who can only have them filled at Walmart per their insurance company. A lot of unnecessary stress and hardship on people. There is truly a problem when a company is more interested in a certain level of profit instead of caring for those that make it possible for them to make a profit.

Closing this store would be devastating for our community. The jobs lost, the inconvience to older people, the money lost to our community. I personally will have over a hour drive to the nearest walmart. Please rethink this for our community.

Please reconsider the closing of Wal-Mart in Piedmont MO. The town, it's employees and the elderly need this location to stay open. It's an hour drive to the next closest town to shop, and many employees will be out of a job.

Piedmont does not have many things, we are quite small, and need all the help we can get. This Walmart has helped us grow as a community, and has funded so many things. We need it, it needs us!

Don't kill competition and then leave. That's not American Wall Mart. Be true to Sam Waltons philosophy. Do right. I am watching and I am voting with my dollars. Can you afford to lose my vote?
