Piedmont, MO needs the WalMart to stay open for the prices on pharmaceuticals and other items. Many people in this area cannot afford to drive to neighboring towns to make their purchases.

Please keep Wal Mart open in Piedmont, Mo.

This is a horrible tragedy we need this store and they need there jobs!!

Wayne County needs this Walmart to remain open. It is not a case of just driving to another one a few miles away. The closest Walmart is 45 miles away. Not only is it a hardship for people in Wayne and parts of Reynolds and Iron Counties, many who are elderly, but there is no way the majority of employees will be able to continue their employment with Walmart because the other stores are so far away. There are a multitude of other important reasons. Please take the time to come to Piedmont and meet with us about the impact this will have on our community. Thank you.

I get my diapers and formula there! I don't want to drive to the bluff to get those items! Too expensive there.

Please stay open that how my grandparents get their medication and I love the store

Keep Piedmont Wal Mart!

If we lose this Walmart it's going to be devestating to the community. We will have to drive 1 hour one way to get to a Walmart if this one closes. All the workers will be out of work and jobs are hard to come by in our area! I really think Walmart needs to reconsider their decision on closes the Piedmont store. Not to mention all the campers that use Clearwater Lake! Where will they get supplies? I'm really aggrevated about this!

Our community needs this business to provide jobs to local residents, to provide merchandise for our tourists as well as locals, and to reduce the need to travel to obtain merchandise.

Please keep this Walmart open. You don't realize how many elderly people shop at that store.

Please keep this store open, and even consider expanding to a super wal mart. Not a lot of shopping choices in town

Please keep our store open . There are so many jobs at stake here . The closest wal mart is 40 plus miles away.

I think this is a huge mistake on the part of Wal-Mart and I hope they will take into consideration our thoughts!

please consider keeping our Wal-Mart here in Piedmont there are 75 employees that will be out of a job.Our little town needs this store I know it can't be from not getting enough business as it's busy all the time not only the locals but we are also a resort town and get a lot of campers in the area due to Clearwater Lake.

Please leave our Walmart open!
