This is a marvellous facility, and shouldn’t be priced out of business it provides a service that people want, serving excellent cakes in a great location.

This business is part of the community and has helped young and elderly not just with excellent cakes but support in practical ways through Covid and is one of the highlights of SWF. Allowing them to "prove the concept" then effectively put barriers in their way to continue is very poor behaviour and will discourage any future small business to put their life and soul into a business if this is the way they are treated. People of South Woodham speak up!
