Such a shame if it closes , it brings people and furbabies together and is just a nice way to spend an afternoon amongst beautiful scenery , we have needed this for a long time can’t understand why it would be taken away , surely it is an asset in out town !

We the residents in SWF have used and enjoyed using Phoebes. The owner has worked so hard in making this little business a success. Why does the council have to ruin something which is so popular by putting the rates up so high which will result in us loosing this facility.

Phoebe has created a much loved and popular business from nothing which has brought people into the area to enjoy our river. It would be shameful for ECC to destroy this business and to remove it from the local community for the sake of making unreasonable financial demands. It would be sad to lose this and take away something that many people enjoy and look forward to.
