We need Small business for the town to buy local, they kept us all in treats and afternoon tea boxes when we were in lockdown, and this is how they get treated, we see a lot of business come and go in the town and people didn’t go to this stretch are of the river very often, go there now and there very busy, also their prices are really good, so they attract a lot of families and they will really be missed. PLEASE RECONSIDER

Phoebe’s pantry is
quintessentially British … beautiful location by the river with the most awesome tea and cake to end a walk with. It’s been tough going on for almost 3 years now for small businesses and I really cannot believe ECC would do this to a business that so many folk know and love. Please have a re-think quickly and keep this wonderful business by the river.
