This is such a wonderful place for the elderly to come, phoebe and her staff maybe their own company for the day or even the week - they go out of their way to chat , know regulars by name and what’s more is a place they can afford attend and to sit outside helps everyone s well being

ECC to increase this small businesses rent so much that it makes it unreasonable for them to pay will damage the local community while the business will move elsewhere and continue. Please reconsider and let them stay with a reasonable justifiable increase only.

Brilliant little tea/coffee and cake van. It’ll be a mistake to move it on. Beautiful scenery. This van has made a big difference to the sea wall and the walkers. We all go there to escape the rat race! Tranquillity!

This is an amazing little business and the setting is perfect. Why would anyone want to turf them out. Phoebe is a young lady trying to make her way in the world and had the guts to go for her dream. Why would anyone want to spoil that!

Ridiculous decision. We've only lived here for a few months and Phoebes is already a firm favourite. ECC shoukd be working WITH local business - not against.
