It’s a shame that Phoebes Pantry has to close because they are successful!!!! We as a community love Phoebes Pantry and ECC should set an example to encourage its young Entrepreneurs not punish them for their success and demand higher payment for the pitch SHAME ON YOU CHELMSFORD and ECC.

Nice to see someone taking the initiative and providing a needed service, come on council give a youngster a break, give them a leg up onto the ladder, in time will probably grow to run a larger establishment and will be in a position to pay council tax etc .
