With the recent announcement of current head writer and executive producer Steven Moffat stepping down from duties on 'Doctor Who', it is likely the current Doctor Peter Capaldi is likely to follow suit. However, when new head writer and exec producer Chris Chibnall comes in for Series 11 in 2018, it is likely to follow the same lines as 2010. A soft reboot with a more 'kids' show feel to the long established sci-fi show as recent viewer research has proved that the demographic the show is aimed out do not like Capaldi's Doctor.

Many long time fans of the show are outraged by this as it is clear the BBC are only aiming it at the demographic that are likely to buy large amounts of merchandise. So with a younger Doctor and lighter feel to the show, the BBC believe they are likely to achieve this.

Help us save Peter's role as the Doctor from the axe of the new reform of the show.
