Pete is always supportive, very knowledgable and has always helped me do my job quickley and effectively, a massive bonus for the team when so much of the processes are geared towards PC.

Pete is an integral part of our company. He has a wealth of knowledge about Macs and supports the Mac users in a way that no one else equals. He saves hours and sometimes day worth of your working time by resolving problems quickly and efficiently. This is not the case when dealing with the main IT help centre, who often do not understand the ins and outs of the machines and programs. It would be detrimental to lose him and would impact all of the mac users greatly.

Pete has been my go to when i need support for my MAC and has always managed to resolve an issues i've had. Without him i wouldn't be able to work on my MAC!!!!

Pete has a lot knowledge and expertise. He not only has MAC support skills, he actually has clarity and understanding of the IT infrastructure system.
This is exactly the skills needed - be an expert in your field (MAC support) but also understand how it can fit in with the rest of the (PC based) business!

With digital and remote working being absolutely critical for us to operate, we will massively struggle without Pete on Mac Support to assist us. He has Mac specific knowledge that others do not, and nothing is too big or small a problem!
