Our students don't need to be afraid to go to school, be seen in the lunch room or an assembly. We have to trust all the authorities to do the right thing. Everyone's goal is a safe place to learn!

I don't go to this school, but I used to live in the area. I have a lot of friends who go to this school who are legitimately terrified to be in school. I want school to be a safe environment and don't want anyone getting hurt or killed. I understand that the kid is bullied, but in no way is it acceptable to kill everyone because of it.

Authority who made the irrational decision to contemplate letting a potential "killer" back into the school need to be re-evaluated. It is evident that the authority does not understand the responsibility of their duty. To put over 1800 lives in jeopardy; especially the friends and family of the Pembroke community is uncalled for. Students at Pembroke Academy deserve the basic right of safety, as well as the authority to keep them safe. Make PA Safe Again

"Good job" to the students who are speaking up now and not waiting for something bad to happen to get everyone's attention.

Don't let this kid get away with that. No one wants this school to be the next Colombine or Virginia Tech. I want here and I just want to see my home town students safe and get a proper education. This kid is a threat to their safety.

They need to help him and keep him away from the school. Obvioulsy has an issue and needs to be treated. Sending back to school will only make every one on edge.

What's amazing to me is that all of you think that expelling him is the answer to the problem! If this kid is serious about his threat do you really think being expelled is going to stop him from going into the school and "shooting it up." You guys need to be pushing for him to be banned from the premises and for police officers to be on duty at the school for the rest of the year!

Threats like that are very serious. The staff has a responsibility to protect the students. That student should be expelled.

Any threat to harm should be taken very seriously. He should be expelled and ordered to get mental health care. No child should fear going to school.
