I am saddened by the fact that most all sources for Medical Marijuana have taken a backseat to "recreational and it's ability to tax"! We need our rights to continue to be protected and represented! We are our own entity and have been since 1998!

When we the people voted in measure 91, it was with the intention of keeping the OMMP program intact and untouched from legislative gutting through oppressive laws, fees, rules, regulations & patient exposure through online registration in violation of HIPPA laws. Keep the OMMP offline and patients protected, and roll back the restrictive laws, fees & regualtions that we essentially voted against when measure 91 was voted for be we the people!!

As the caregiver of my husband who has just been diagnosed with another liver cancer. He now has 2 in the liver. This is the only treatment for him. The only one. We have to be able to keep his MM status. Do not dissolve the medical program.
