I for one would love if they did this earlier in my high school years so i could screw up some seniors day being some sophomore with a newly achieved license. Sounds like fun. Not really tho

A structureless parking system would create far more problems than it solves by encouraging new drivers to drive faster so that they can get a better spot. Don't fix something if it isn't broken.
