Last night (4/30/2017) I found this creep peeking into my bedroom window and when I looked out, I found him completely exposed and masturbating. He was arrested last night but after reading his priors, I am sure that he will not be in there for long.

Someone like this will just keep getting worse and more Disturbed lock him up before he actually rapes or kills a woman or children. Stop it before it happens or before he messes with the wrong woman and gets put down permenitly and that woman has to live with that for the rest of her life.
