We, the undersigned, urge decision-makers to reconsider the forced transfer of Jake Matern from the West Point Performance West location. Jake is an exceptional physical therapist known for his personal care and commitment to patient well-being. This transfer is against the wishes of many patients who trust Jake’s care. The replacement therapist has been know to cause patient injuries, making many of us feel unsafe. If this change proceeds, patients will seek care elsewhere, as we will not feel confident in the necessary treatment. We ask that Jake remain with us, continuing the trusted care we rely on.
