Check the Georgia constitution about laws protecting monuments and other artifacts of the Civil War and all the other wars and conflicts that we’ve been in… The law even protects stone mountain carving… Check Georgia code from 2010 title 50 state government chapter 3 article 1 paragraph 50-3-1 description of state flag and defacing of public monuments

You can't change what happened, you learn from them and elevate to a higher level. These monuments are here to teach us. We cannot cover up history.

I do not agree with the movement of the Confederate Statue as this is our history good or bad. This has got to stop. People have been around this statue with no problems and now all of the sudden it is an issue. I think not!! Do not let them move this statue. The next thing people are going to want to do is pay war reparations to England or to the Japanese. This is getting out of hand. My rights are just as important as their rights.
