Do not move any statues or memorials. They belong to the citizens of Newton County and not to outsiders who come here just to cause trouble. We will be watching who votes to move them. Remember we are watching you.

This needs to stay to remind us not to make the same mistakes that we made in the past. If you erase history how can we learn from it. It’s no longer there to remind us to not make that mistake again.
