A county worker is trying to use their connections to put a commercial business in a lot zoned for residential use. They want to put a firework stand in a lot with no water well, and little room for a parking lot at the end of a dead end road. This lot falls within 100 feet of the two propane storage tanks; Texas law says a fireworks stand CANNOT be built that close to flammable storage tanks. Do they not know or not care?
this is not the place for a fire stand and all the trouble that would arise from being on a dead end, no water access, no lighted streets and the list could go on. They started clearing the land today.

I absolutely do mot want to see a fireworks stand on the dead end street we live on. Our street is alreay plagued with several unsightly places, we don't need the addutional eyesore of a fireworks stand
