Do you know our school board wants a new company to come into our school? They want to make a profit from us kids buying lunch! For them to do this they will charge us more money and most likely make the portions smaller! Or even buy food that is not of the best quality! Our school lunch program offers us many choices from fresh deli sandwich's daily. Fresh Salads. Fresh fruit and veggies. Waffles and Panini's. Hot choices and cold choices. Bagels and the fantastic snack line. A few years ago when we where told they had to cut portions down the students protested because many kids where still hungry after buying the lunch. All of the special days when we have the Asian Buffet, Ice Cream Bar, Thanksgiving Feast, Pasta Bar, the Zeppole's and the very much anticipated end of the year BBQ's.
