My granddaughter is in pre-school. It would be great for her to grow in the school with the loving support of the sisters. Thank you.

As an alumna of Notre Dame Academy, and mother of children who graduated from SRL school while the IHM sisters were in control, my admiration and gratefulness goes to such great teacher. They are not only excellent academicians, but constantly exhibit the Christian values we should ALL strive to achieve. The children of SRL school are the ones that are going to be greatly affected by this loss.

Please keep the IHM Sisters at St. Rose of Lima School. They are wonderful examples of sacrifice and devotion, not to mention the excellent education they impart. The school needs them and so do our children.

We are very disappointed with the decision. My daughters are very sad and they will miss Sister Bernadette. She is always there for them. She knows each and every student by his/her name and she is very professional in her role as principal. I hope this issue will be solved soon and the nuns can stay.

The sisters are a great example of love and hard work. I would love them to stay in the school so my kids can share and learn from them.

When I leave my child at school, I feel could not be in better hands, the sisters care and give love to our children as if they were their children!

Though their aren't many nuns at St. Rose, the ones who were there had a big impact on me and my time spent at st. Rose. Sr. Bernadette was a wonderful principle and Sr. Mary Rita was a great math teacher! And the other sisters also played an important role and I really loved having them there. And even my Brother who attended school there longer than I agrees whole heartedly.

This was extremely devastating to hear and still difficult to digest. My friends and I are now 30 and having kids and our parents are still there. We make decisions, based on our childhood experiences for the future of our children, and one real decision that comes up is whether or not we would uproot our current lives to move home and give them the same experiences we had. I loved St. Rose and I hold each of my friendships I've developed from there very deep. The place would not be the same without the IHM sisters, and I don't think I could in good faith recommend it to any prospective parents. It was a sad week for us. Please reconsider. Removing them is a terrible decision.
