Good teachers are vital to our survival.

My grandson has flourished in Mr. Neronde's class this year. Why let a great teacher go? Especially when men rarely choose to teach at the elementary level. He is a role model in that regard.

Mr Neronde is an excellent teacher whose energy, enthusiasm and commitment to his students is clear to see if you spend time in his classroom. He has inspired my son in a way I have not yet seen and we have had several fantastic teachers at SLE. He has proven himself and earned at place at our school with his dedication and hard work over the last couple of years. Please reconsider this decision or it will be a great loss to our students and school.

I have hear great things about Mr. Neronde, from a friend of mine, who's daughter is in his class. Her daughter is doing better, as a direct result from Mr Neronde. I can not understand why you would want to change that? If he's a great teacher, why is he being removed from his duties? Let Mr. Neronde teach!!!

To not renew Mr. Neronde's contract for next year is so wrong, when we have seen average teachers, but Mr. N is truly an outstanding teacher. What a loss it would be for all the children and families of our community in the years to come, to not experience his classroom, his values, his communication skills, his ability to reach these boys and girls and get them excited about learning and being good to each other. Please reconsider this very wrong decision!

Mr. Neronde has done more for my son this year than any other year. My son lost his dad a few years back and Mr. Neronde has brought Josh into life with spirit. Josh is excited about school and participates so much more. He enjoys reading more, expresses himself through writing and comes home enthusiastic about things that happened in school.

We must stand up for good teachers at SLVE, and Mike Neronde is truly one of the best. The district would be missing an opportunity to retain one of their best and brightest if they fail to retain Mr. Neronde.

Great teachers are hard to find. There are no excuses for not renewing his contract. This is about the well being of our children. Our kids deserve a great education. We can't lose Mr. N. to some other school.

Mr. Neronde is a natural, and more than that he is enthusiastic, organized, a great communicator, and deeply cares for the students in his class. He has been one of my son's favorite teachers and the class has really thrived with him, which not an easy feat with 32 4th graders. I have seen some kids just completely transform in Mr. Neronde’s class this year in the most amazing and wonderful ways. He is not just a good teacher, he is a great teacher, and that is not easy to come by. Please reconsider and renew the contract with Mr. Neronde.
