my daughter and future son in law have provided Oscar with a loving home for the past 11 months both are absolutly gutted and heart broken by the decision made they will both do everything they can to keep oscar safe he is their baby. Oscar has a good friend Ozzy the boxer and love nothing more than going for long walks and jumping about in the long grass together or Ozzy going to find him to bring him back. Keep Oscar Safe.

To return Oscar to this deviant is the equivalent of returning a child to a parent who abuses them. Seems the authorities only act when extreme abuse or death occus, then they claim they were following the law. Oscar has the right to be safe from harm, grow a spine judge, do the right thing and award Oscar to his foster CARER. Tha's the key word in case you fail to understand the issue
