Closing the crossing will have an effect on pushchair, wheelchair, bikes, dog walkers and the elderly who just don't use the park but access across to Whitchuch village

I use this route regularly and believe it should be kept open. The visibility is very good and train speed is only around 30mph

Regularly use this crossing and see it being tegularly used by others. It would have a massive detrimental effect on the park if it was closed

My daughter uses a wheel chair, and my son normally on his bike, if this crossing was closed we would actually have to drive to Caedelyn park, which defeats the point of getting out for some exercise... We need this point to cross to the park !!!!!

Valued and convenient route to the park for local residents. If removed a viable replacement should be sought.

It would be crazy to close a crossing that is used so much and for which there are no adequate alternatives.

I use this crossing to watch Rhiwbina RFC play on Caedelyn Parc.

Any closure would significantly increase my journey to work, not to mention making it unsafe as in cold weather the alternative route over a metal bridge is lethal.

Can it be registered as an extension to Whitchurch No 26, Public Right of Way?

My family of 5 uses this all the time. Best alternative for us would be down the A470 which increases the danger when with 3 kids. It should stay!

I use this crossing very regularly for access to Whitchurch and to Caedelyn park. It's always busy and used by dog walkers and families.

There must be data that proves the daily footfall justifies its existence! I use this access regularly as a cut through to Whitchurch, to go to the park, for school and rugby club services - to name but a few!
