Keeping consistency and building trust between the officers and students is important. It makes the students feel the officers are human, and not just there on bad days. Please don't reassign the officer.

To have a man that actually takes interest in kinds is wonderful. Although I personally do not know him, I think there are enough people here that do and speak so highly of of him! Why would PAL want to do something like this....really?

He is an amazing asset to PAL. Extremely dedicated. Made the football program what it is today. I remember the night before the first game he was out on the field till 3am getting the field ready. He is great with the kids. He has devoted his life for them and PAL.
