If it wasn't for Obamacare I don't know where my family and I would be today. I've been sick for several years before Obamacare coming to act. Just like millions of other people couldn't afford to go to the doctor. When you had the money something else will come up and do you had to use that in order to survive day by day living. When ObamaCare coming to act we immediately signed up, although we weren't prepared for my diagnosis. I was diagnosed with Interstitial cystitis and other autoimmune diseases. And it's just as cystitis has the same pain that unfortunately cancer patients go through. There's only one FDA-approved medication for interstitial cystitis and that is elmiron. The cost for one month prescription of elmiron is over $1,000. I could go on and on and on talking about the benefits that we have personally have with Obamacare. But the bottom line is President Obama Obamacare and Blue Cross Blue Shield for us we are able to see "the light at the end of the tunnel". But I am just a drop in the bucket of millions and millions of people who through Obamacare are able to see "their light at the end of the tunnel" !!!!

There is nothing wrong with the current ACA that a little smarts and honesty can't fix. The GOP will screw it up....we all know that!

Why do they want to get rid of a program that has helped so many. They are going to make it unaffordable for the majortiy of people again

People with pre-existing conditions will pay very high premiums or not even be able to get insurance.

I support Obamacare because thanks to it millions of people with illnesses don't have to worry about paying millions of dollars for having the choice to live a better and healthier life. This shouldn't be luxury but a basic need! And thanks to Obama many people have been cured without worrying about paying something they can't afford.

Obamacare Practically saved my life by paying for treatment for colitis that i would never have been able to afford. If they are doing away with it i want to see what will replace it.

I have multiple chronic medical problems.....Six months ago I had life saving brain surgery, to correct a chiari Malformation and release a pinched artery in my brain. Without the AHA I would have had to file bankruptcy after that.....My employer offers insurance, however I would have paid HALF my yearly Income on premiums, deductibles, copays etc. I am a single mom of a small boy who needs his mom....And I NEED this coverage. I continue to have problems and will need more surgery again in the future. Without AHA coverage, I won't be able to maintain my health.

My husband and I have two sons on the Autism Spectrum. The Affordable Care Act made it possible for our 4 children to stay on my husband's health insurance policy until they turn 26. So far, two of our children have reached that age and have purchased insurance on Indiana's plan.
The Affordable Care Act also included improvements on all insurance plans to help people on the Autism Spectrum. This provision requires that insurance companies habilitate people by providing services such as counseling, so that social skills, executive function abilities, decision making skills and employment readiness can be learned. My sons have the potential to become productive and valuable employees and good citizens. Both have earned their Eagle Scout awards and all the Eagle Palms - an achievement not accomplished by most young men enrolled in Boy Scouts of America.
I have epilepsy and require medication to control my seizures. Since I have not had a seizure in 14 years with this medication, I drive my sons to therapy appointments, community activities, work and church. My medication, and their medication, can be expensive, even impossible to pay for, without insurance. The determination to repeal the Affordable Care Act also calls into question the commitment of Congress to maintain and improve other health programs needed by the American people, such as Medicare and Medicaid. Healthcare is vital to the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness to many American voters.

I have a life threatening Lupus and ARDS and I need the ACA to survive. I need my medicines and need to see my doctors if I can't see them because I have no insurance I would be hospitalized.
Please don't be insensitive to human beings like me with life threatening illnesses.
Thank you,

All they need is a modification to have employers give affordable rates to those in the middle class. Destroying it is like saying we don't care if you die.
