This would be a terrible outcome for the area. Redevelopment of existing facilities a far better idea than to ruin recreational and environmentally important resources on the bay. And the lifestyle of the residents.

Leave this beautiful spot for the people . I grew up playing in this area as a child thanks to my Grandmother and still find this place homely and friendly.

A lot more thought should be given to how developments like this affect the local community, including house prices, natural beauty of the area & the safety aspect especially for children & elderly.

Protect the pristine area Nudgee Beach and ensure the road to this beach is attractive to visitors and safe for all users. The wetland area biodiversity also needs protection.
