We have had a house on Fontana for 20 yrs now and will obey and have always obeyed the "rules" please do not take this from us.

I feel your burdensome regulations are with out merit and will impose a hardships to the communities . you're desire to over regulate are not based on the real facts but ones that are made up to serve your self serving agenda your are showing a compete disregard to the businesses and citizens Let the citizens vote on any propose changes and regulations

I was raised fishing in Fontana lake many times we were caught on the lake during a thunder storm and many many times we would go to the closest houseboat and take shelter until the storm passed. Many people use our lake and if they are in trouble or lost they people that own house boats are always there to lend a helping hand. If you take the houseboats off our lakes it will have a negative impact on the counties surrounding that particular lake.

The TVA recommended changes to the regulations concerning these houses is very nonsensical. At a minimum current homeowners should be grandfathered in.
