This monster should have received the death penalty! Keep him locked up where he belongs. How would you feel if Kim were your daughter, sister, niece, or friend?
He has already proven that he should not have been let out of the detention facility after the first time he raped someone. If he gets out, he will rape and then kill someone again. Don't let this happen!

This pig should never ever be released. It makes me sick that governer changed the law for animals like this to have parole hearings ever 3 years. I bet it would be different if it was his daughter that was raped and murdered.

I was in the same sorority with Kim, alpha chi omega in 1976 and was very sad to hear about her murder. She was kind, smart and beautiful. Her killer should never be released

Do not let this man out. Are you seriously considering this? prisons are made to protect society. 30 years doesn't compensate for what he took from this beautiful girl. He took away her whole life and dreams. Why are you subjecting this poor family to these repeat parole hearings??? That is cruel. We need to take care of our victims of crime not further harm them. Keep this animal where he is away from innocent people. He gave up his right to be in society when he decided to execute an innocent girl. We need more common sense in the criminal justice system.
