I have never seen a teacher who truly cares about her students capabilities and talents. She truly wants students to understand the material and is willing to work with every student to make sure they succeed. She is a model of what most professors should be like, there are very few professors who love teaching and truly care about their students and she is one of them. To let her go would be a loss not only to the students, but to the university because any other university that would take her on is gaining an amazing professor whose passion, dedication, caring, intelligence, and accesibility cannot be replaced. She is an amazing addition to this school and to let her go and take her talents elsewhere would be a move AGAINSt the school and future pharmacy students.

Dr. Newell-Caito has been an amazing addition to the Chemistry/Biochemistry department. Her positive attitude is a breath of fresh air. Her expertise and desire to teach is exactly what we all needed and deserve.

The University has been struggling to find a Professor who is willing and able to teach this course at the level it is neccesary to be taught, this is tricking down to a problem for P2s' in Pharmacology, There is no sane reason to repace Dr. Newell-Caito, she should be offered a tenure track position

Dr. Newell-Caito actually cares for her students unlike most of the professors here. She tried to teach a very difficult subject and I know doubt would have failed if some other professors at this school would have been teaching molec.

She is one of the only professors I feel actually truly shows her care for the students' well being. No other professor takes the time to learn about her students and help them in any way they can. I truly feel she cares if we succeed or not, and is willing to do whatever she can to make sure we do succeed. We need more professors like her in schools everywhere.
