We can’t afford it’s to lose any more of our high street banks. Banks need to have a high street presence to cater for the needs of all of their customers in the community. Losing our Barnes and East Sheen branches in one go is a massive blow for Nat West customers.

I am absolutely staggered that no-one has warned us that this would happen and I have been into the branch and spoken to the manager and other staff. It is hugely disappointing and a dreadful decision.

I use this branch regularly & would definitely switch my account, held with NatWest since 1978, to Barclays if NatWest closes the East Sheen branch.

As a very long standing customer of NatWest both domestically and with our business, we use you all the time. Please please don’t close. If you do, we will seriously have to contemplate moving to Barclays across the road

PLEASE keep this Branch open - it is the friendliest place - the staff are all very good at their jobs and give excellent service. It is important to East Sheen to retain this Bank branch.

Another nail in face-to-face banking. Online banking is not for everyone, and the loss of the NatWest East Sheen Branch will make life much harder for people like me.

East Sheen is large enough surely to keep a NatWest branch open, especially as we have all paid to bail it out.
